As a fully qualified clinical supervisor and trainer, I offer individual and group supervision for counsellors and trainees. I am an experienced BACP, COSRT and EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant, psychotherapist and counsellor and hold a Postgraduate Certificate in clinical supervision.
Central to my practice is the cultivation of a collaborative working alliance within a supervisory relationship based on mutual respect, trust and safety.
I am trained integratively drawing on a wide range of techniques and approaches, which is underpinned by a therapeutic relationship: Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, CBT, Systemic, EFT, TA, AIT, EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy.
My approach of supervision is relational and interactive, which considers the supervisee’s developmental stages, theoretical orientation and learning styles. The supervisory approach focuses on the therapy processes and therapeutic relationship, cultural and diversity, ethical issues, parallel processes, transference and counter-transference as appropriate.
In accordance with the BACP and COSRT ethical frameworks, I am committed to support my supervisees’ professional and personal development whilst continuing to develop and advance my own knowledge and skills as a reflective practitioner and supervisor.
Fee:
£120 per 60 minute session.
Sessions can be arranged face to face, telephone or via Skype/Zoom/Facetime
